Combinational Immunotherapy
Combination immunotherapy is a treatment that uses multiple drugs or therapies to treat cancer. I proposed to combine oncolytic virus, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and MAPK inhibitors to enhance treatment efficacy.

Seafood Mislabeling
Seafood mislabeling occurs when a seafood product is labeled under an inaccurate species name, weight, geographic origin, or other characteristics. I collected and DNA barcoded 250 Purina samples to analyze this phenomenon in cat food.

CAR-T Therapy
Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is a cancer treatment that uses a patient's own T cells to attack cancer cells. I proposed a new method to create CAR-T cells directly in patients using a lentiviral system with a Nipah virus (NiV) for targeted delivery.
